Energetic Agreement: Terms of Soul Connection and Healing Services

No medium/psychic/intuitive, Lauren included, can control what and who Spirit comes through with or what Spirit will say. Lauren will try her best to reach certain loved ones or to ask specific questions but there is no guarantee as Spirit will always communicate what is in your highest and best good. It may not be what you WANT to hear but what you NEED to hear.

Readings are "for entertainment purposes only" and are not intended to take the place of licensed practitioners, doctors, and professionals utilized for medical or legal care. In this world, we have Free Will which means that the future is fluid and always changing, nothing is concrete. Every new decision you make effects your future outcome differently. There is no good or bad decisions, just a new direction. You are therefore responsible for YOUR own decision and outcomes.

If, on the rare occasion, a client is dissatisfied with their reading, please remember that Lauren is energetically connecting to Spirit and taking the time to provide/record your reading. Lauren puts in work, time, and energy to complete the reading in whatever form that may be. As long as Lauren is able to connect to Spirit, payment is required as there must be an energetic exchange to provide permission to connect.

Payment is due in full at the scheduled time of the appointment or booking unless otherwise noted.

Readings and events or workshops cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment is received.

Personal data will be used to process the order, support the experience throughout this website, and for other purposes as described above.

Returns are not accepted as each service or item is personalized with intention and love.

Postponements and life circumstances arise (for me too!) so to honor and respect both our time, I ask that postponements (cancel and reschedule) occur 24 hours prior to scheduled time. I understand family emergencies etc happen but my time and energy are valuable and I respect your time as well.

You agree to pay in installments or per session or at the start of the session. This puts more skin in the game for you. 

There are NO returns and NO refunds given the nature of the work.
